Robert Glaisek is an artist with studios in Nyack, New York and  New Jersey, Glaisek has had gallery shows in New York City as well as across the United States.   The recipient of many awards with work in private collections as well as in large corporate galleries Glaisek is sort after for his mood provoking images.    You may also see his work at the Morris Museum.

"Inaudible Dialogue" is one of a continuing series created by the artist.  These drawings, gouaches and large oil paintings of solitary seated figures evoke a mood and sensitivity towards the on going  inability of  mankind to be heard.   Issues such as the death of democracy and planetary destruction cry out to be heard only to fall on deaf ears.  Glaiseks'  work addresses the  frustration and  powerlessness one can feel when there is something necessary to be said but  those around choose not to listen.   The tireless attention to conception of image is apparent in the qualities of line and form perceived.   His intuitive knowledge of what is necessary and what is not cuts directly to the core emotion allowing the viewer the ability to sustain the closest possible attention to the quality of mood felt and what his art actually has to say.
